About

Welcome! I’m Leah, just a simple Christian wife and mom of three little boys.  I love to write when God gives me a thought to share or does a great work in my life.  I could never brag about Him enough and although I don’t like talking about myself, I love bragging on my Lord.  I believe we can all help each other along life’s way and encourage each other by sharing what God has taught us.  May be that we can learn a lesson from someone else’s life so that we don’t have to be taught the hard way.  I encourage each one of my readers to study Gods word daily, have a healthy prayer life, and pay attention to what surrounds you.  To get the basics out of the way, I only use the authorized 1611 KJV Bible.  I’m old-fashioned as the world would see it and I wouldn’t have it any other way.  I would love your comments and testimonies to be shared, even encouragements and lessons learned.   However, I understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, even if it is wrong.  So if you disagree with these core Christian values that I uphold, lets agree to disagree. Don’t bother starting an argument, God has settled my heart and that’s that, like it or leave it.

  1. Hi,

I’m just now getting to stop by your site and thank you for the visit and the follow. I appreciate that so much, and I appreciate all that you have shared here. I’m following back. By the way, I still read the 1611 KJV, and the Geneva Bible, and the Tyndale Bible. Plenty of people still read the KJV and like to read Christian blogs that use it. Keep doing what you’re doing. God bless.

  3. You’re certainly interesting, that’s for sure. So far, in 30 years of following Jesus, I’ve only met two other people who read the 1611 KJV Bible and one of them also read the Geneva Bible. I held one in my hands one time and realized my Elizabethan English was not that good. Thus, I read all of the other ones. God bless you and your family.
